NOTE: All returns and warranty claims must be processed through the original point of sale. If you purchased our product through one of our authorized resellers you must request the return from the reseller. GT Styling will not accept, process or refund any orders not purchased directly from our website at https://gtsstyling.com.
To claim your warranty email us at [email protected] and include the following informaiton:
- First and Last Name, Order Number found on the order confirmation sent to you at time of purchase, Billing Address, Phone Number, and Email Address
- Vehicle Year, Make, and Model
- GT Styling Part Number
- Description of the warranty issue
- Copy of original receipt or order confirmation
- Images of product
GT Styling will either repair or replace any defective product at no additional charge. You must pay any labor and return shipping charges associated with removing or reinstalling the product. If a specific product has been discontinued, GT Styling may replace your product with a current product of comparable function and value.
Warranty doe not cover any damage, defect, or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation, modification, improper or inadequate maintenance, or on-road and off-road hazards. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states or providence do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your purchase or would like to return your order for any reason, GT Styling representatives must issue an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) which will be sent via e-mail and must be attached and be visible on the parcel upon its return. Orders sent as a return or warranty claim without an RMA# will be returned to the original shipper.

To request a return email your request to [email protected] and include the following information:
- First and Last Name, Order Number found on the order confirmation sent to you at time of purchase, Billing Address, Phone Number, and Email Address
- Vehicle Year, Make, and Model
- GT Styling Part Number
- Reason for return
- Copy of original receipt or order confirmation
Return requests that occur after 14 days of receipt will not be accepted. Return shipping cost is not included. Warranty replacement items will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Please allow 14 days from the receipt of the parcel to inspect and refund your return.
GT Styling products limited lifetime warranty guarantees product to be free of manufacturing defects, materials and workmanship to the original purchaser under conditions of normal usage, proper installation and applies to all GT Styling products. Under this warranty GT Styling covers any defects that may include material imperfections, warping or fit problems at the time of installation.
Damage due to vandalism, misuse, neglect, improper installation, scratches, impact from road debris or breakage due to improper installation are not covered. Seller and Manufacturer only obligation shall be to replace the product proven to be defective. Labor charges, injuries, loss of vehicle use, damage to the vehicle incurred during installation and incidental damages are excluded.
Products that have been modified, altered, painted, vinyl wrapped, used or installed in a manner the product was not originally intended for is not covered under this warranty. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential arising out of the use or the inability to use the product.
Prior to installation user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and assumes all risk and liability in connection with the installation and use of the product. No modification of this warranty is valid without the written consent of GT Styling.
Some GT Styling products are exclusively intended for show, competition and off-road use only. Federal, State and Local Laws vary, please check the vehicle code in your area prior to installation. The ability to use or install any GT Styling product on a motor vehicle is the responsabilty of purchaser.
GT Styling is the manufacturer of its products. All of our products are produced in our factory located in Anaheim, California. Most orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days after payment has been received. A tracking number will be provided to our customers by email and on all orders placed through our website. It is the responsibility of our customers to track their shipments and be on the lookout for their order to arrive.
If your order is not received in reasonable time, please notify us within 14 days after shipment confirmation has been received so that we can investigate and provide a solution. We cannot be held responsible for lost orders if we are not notified within 14 days of the order shipping from our warehouse.
Business Days
Please note that weekends are not considered business days. If your order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday, the first handling day will be the next business day.
PO Box and APO addresses are not accepted at this time.
Incorrect Address Charges
A $15.00 fee may apply for changes to an incorrect or request to modify your order shipping address. When an address is incorrect our shipping carriers will charge a fee for locating the correct address so that the package can be delivered. This charge will be passed on to our customer. This is a rare occurrence and we will attempt to contact the customer before the package ships if the address appears incorrect.
Package lost due to Incorrect Address
If your package is lost due to an incorrect address and the package is not recoverable, we cannot be held responsible. We do not issue refunds for incorrect addresses.
